Patients will be able to submit an e-consult between 8:30 - 13:00 hrs during our opening hours. To manage the demand, the numbers of e-consults that can be submited in any one day is restricted. If you are unable to send an e-consult request, then it may mean that the daily limit has been reached or it is outside our permitted timeframe . You should be able to contact reception on phone to request appointment or discuss other matters in the usual ways. Please be aware that this service is not for emergency matters and it may take upto 2 days for the practice to process your econsult.
