All patients are able to sign up for this service and if you already have an account for the online services you should be able to access the services by following the links below.
Currently you are able to access on line services to:
- Book appointments
- Order repeat medication
- Access Summary care record
In order to gain access to the online service you must have a login username and a password.
If you are a new user you will need to contact the reception and register for login details before you can book appointments and/or order repeat prescriptions online.
We will require to confirm your ID (Please make sure to bring a photo ID and a proof of address)
